CalcuNexus — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the CalcuNexus app ("CalcuNexus", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. By using CalcuNexus, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

You can use the core calculator and unit converter without an account. If you create an account or take part in the Referral Rewards Program, we collect:

• Account information — your email address, used to create and secure your account (via Google Firebase Authentication).
• Referral information — the referral code you use or share, and a count of verified referrals, used to calculate your rewards.
• Payout details — when you request a payout, the name and e-wallet number (e.g., GCash or Maya) you provide so we can send your reward. This is used only to process your payout.
• Basic technical data — standard information such as app version and diagnostic data needed to run the service reliably.

Your theme choices and calculation history are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us.

2. How we use information

• To provide and secure your account.
• To operate the Referral Rewards Program and calculate rewards.
• To process payouts you request.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the rewards program.

3. How information is stored and shared

Account, referral, and payout data are stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions). Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data where necessary to operate the service (for example, with Google Firebase as above) or where required by law.

4. Data security

Data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to reward and payout records is restricted by security rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep account and rewards data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the program and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at friendlycalculator.app@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children

CalcuNexus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the email below. You can also stop providing data at any time by not using the account or rewards features.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.

CalcuNexus is a utility calculator with an optional referral rewards feature. Participation requires no purchase. Rewards are subject to verification and program terms.
